Fish Tandoori Recipe. The word’Bengali in fish and rice’ is ingrained in us. The rice fish we eat almost every day. I will eat again but in a slightly different way. Then know the recipe immediately.

2 whole Rupchanda fish,
1 tablespoon of ginger paste,
1 tablespoon of garlic paste,
1 teaspoon of raw chilli paste,
1 teaspoon of fried cumin powder,
1/4teaspoon of turmeric powder,
Half a teaspoon of chili powder,
One and a half teaspoon of dried chilli powder,
4 tablespoons of lemon juice,
2 tablespoons of fish sauce,
2 tablespoons of soybean oil,
Salt as needed.
Cut the fish, wash it, apply 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, wash it after five minutes and drain the water.
The two backs of the fish should be cut like ice.
Mix all the spices and oil with salt and marinate with the fish for half an hour.
Brush the fish with oil on the grill and bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add the spices and oil to the fish.
If it turns brown, take it down and serve hot.
