Mexican Spicy Chicken

There is probably no one who does not like to eat chicken. And everyone is happy when they get chicken of different tastes. Mexican food is becoming increasingly popular in our country.

Preparation time: Marinate – 1 hour – 2 hours

Cooking time: 45 minutes – 1 hour

Ingredients and quantity:

  • Chicken run piece 4 o’clock
  • Paprika powder 4 teaspoons
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato paste or sauce
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt 2 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Capsicum pieces Onion pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Testing salt – 1 tablespoon,
  • Oil – Quantitatively

Preparation:

Sprinkle all the above ingredients with chicken and vegetables and keep in the fridge.

 Marinate for at least one hour.

You can put it in the fridge overnight.

 Now 1 hour before the meal, put oil in an oven proof dish and serve with vegetables and chicken.

 Cover with foil paper and bake on high power for 1 hour or 40 minutes (depending on the shape of the meat).

Bake at 250-300 degrees Celsius.

After one hour, remove the foil paper and bake again.

This will make the meat feel burnt.  Serve with naan bread, salad.
