250 grams of strawberries
150 grams of marshmallow
25 grams of sugar
100 ml of water
200 ml double cream
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
If the marshmallow is too big, cut it into small pieces.
Heat a non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
Add strawberries, water and sugar.
In 3-4 minutes the strawberries will start to soften.
Turn off the heat and grind them with a spoon.
Then add the marshmallows.
Keep stirring with a spoon, you will see that the hot strawberries are melting.
Shake and mix.
If it is not completely melted, heat it again by heating it a little, but of course not more than a few seconds.
Melt the marshmallows together with the strawberries and make a nice cream.
Let it cool.
Now it’s time to whip the double cream.
Pour into a bowl 200 ml of double cream and whisk it with an electric beater until it is soft and fluffy like whipped cream.
Pour the mixture of strawberries and marshmallows into a bowl.
