Italian pizza

Pizza recipes vary from country to country, but Italian pizza has a distinct status.

Made of  dough

Flour: 200 grams

Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Butter: 50 grams

For pizza topping

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice

Mushroom crumbs: 1/2 cup

Garlic powder: 1 tbsp

Carrot crumbs: 1/2 cup

Oregano: 2 teaspoons

Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Permuzan cheese or cheese powder: 1 cup

Mozzarella Cheese Grated: 1 cup

Black olives: 10-12

Making pizza dough

Spread all the ingredients together, add warm water to the moth and cover with warm place for 1 hour.

Take out the dough and bake the bread in the shape of a 10 inch pan for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 10 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Arrange toppings

 Fry garlic in olive oil, add carrot paste and tomato paste and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then add roasted oyster sauce, salt and sugar.

Sprinkle with the sauce on the baked bread then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese powder, spread with the black olives and cover with the mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle mushroom powder and lemon juice on top and bake in oven at 200 degree centigrade for 15-20 minutes.
