Most of the time we eat it in restaurants but you can easily make Honey Chicken Kebab if you want.

Boneless chicken – 2 cups
Honey – 1/2 cup
Dried chilli paste – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
Capsicum / Onion / Tomato / Carrot Dumo cut as required
Oil- as needed
Stick like needed.
– Cut the chicken into cubes. Rinse well and drain the water.
– Spread the meat with all the spices. Leave it for 30 minutes.
– Now build the meat with a bamboo stick. One piece of meat, one piece of vegetables – arrange it like this.
– Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add the meat to the stick.
Fry well until red. Keep the flame medium. If it burns too much, the honey will burn and become bitter. -Serve hot. Hani Chicken Kebab is good with parata or luchi, it is nice to eat if you have a salad. Serve the kebab with a slice of lemon.
