Egg tart

Egg tart can be eaten hot, cold as desired. Let’s see the recipe…

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes


Two and a half cups of flour

Egg one

100 grams of butter

Half a cup of sugar

Half a teaspoon of baking powder

Two tablespoons of powdered milk

Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence


– Flour, powdered milk, baking powder should be taken together.

– Eggs, butter and sugar should be beaten to match the essence. Beat with the flour mixture little by little. Will be smooth dough.

– This dough should be left in the fridge for half an hour. After half an hour, place it in a sand tart cup with two layers of polythene on it.

-Bake in preheated oven on medium heat till brown.

-When the tart shell is baked, take it out of the tart cup and set it on the baking tray to cool.

After cooling, fill the egg filling (recipe below) and bake again until the filling is deposited. This egg tart can be eaten hot, cold at will.

Essence (vanilla) half a teaspoon

One drop of yellow color

Method All the above ingredients should be boiled and beaten with a beater. (This filling should be filled with cold tart shell and baked.)
