Chocolate brownie

Everyone, young and old, likes to eat chocolate brownie. Brownie is a fun dessert. This brownie is at the top of the list of favorites of many. Some people prefer to eat brownies from cakes.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

 Cooking time: 20 minutes


  •  200 grams of cooking chocolate
  •  50 grams of butter
  •  3 eggs
  •  Salt to taste
  •  100 grams of sugar powder
  •  Flour 75 grams
  •  1 tablespoon baking powder
  •  100 ml of thick cream
  •  Pesto nuts or walnuts
  •  Quantity of chocolate syrup


First melt the cooking chocolate with the butter and mix together.

Now mix the eggs with a little salt in a bowl and beat for 10 minutes.

Add sugar powder to the egg mixture and beat again.

Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.

When the chocolate and butter are well melted, take it down and let it cool for a while.

Then mix it with cream.

Now mix the chocolate cream and egg mixture together and beat again.

 Slowly mix the flour with this mixture and beat for 2-3 minutes.

Mix crushed pistachios with nuts and walnuts.

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Then pour the mixture into the tray with a little butter and put it in the oven.

Check out the chocolate brownie with a toothpick.

 When done, cool down and cut into four corners or triangles and serve.
