Caramel custard


 1 cup of milk

2 eggs

4 cups of sugar 3

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence


Take a bowl. Put half sugar in it. Add a few drops of water so that the sugar just gets wet but not too much. Hold the bowl over the gas and caramel the sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Boil the milk beforehand and keep it cold. Mix eggs and remaining sugar well with milk. Now pour the mixture in a caramelized bowl.

Put the base in the pressure cooker and add 3 fingers of water. Put the bowl on it and cover it. Simmer for 40 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate. Prepared caramel custard.
